Causes of Abnormal Gait

Feet is the source of human gait.

Every step starts from the feet, which is the origin of human gait. As the saying goes, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
The number of bones in the feet is one-fourth of the total number of bones in the human body and is the main force of the limbs.

Problems with the foot, the body will be skewed

If the foot is not correct, the body's protection mechanism will prompt the body's joints to compensate instead, the ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, and spine, from the bottom to the top, are involved in compensation.
The joints of the human body are interlocked, and if there is a problem with the foot, the body will be crooked, just like the unstable "foundation" of a building, which causes the building to collapse.
Abnormalities in the foot are an important cause of compensatory limb and thus abnormal gait.

When the feet are right, the gait is right.

Abnormal foot movement is transmitted upwards through a series of biomechanical changes, and under the continuous effect of abnormal gait, it affects the skeleton, joints, and muscles of the whole body.
Correcting the bad gait, starting from the source of the gait, effective intervention combined with muscle exercise can gradually improve the gait condition.
